Conditions for obtaining service

  1. The applicant should be licensed to practice skin care profession and to manage the center.
  2. Appointing a technical manager licensed to practice skin care profession if the applicant has no time to work in the center.
  3. The area of the center should be not less than 40 square meters.

Procedures

  1. Referring to the Health Institutions Licensing Department and filling the form of licensing a skin care center and attaching the official letter of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to state the purpose.
  2. Referring to the register of the Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate to document the application and transferring the application to the director of the Health Professions and Institutions Licensing Directorate to review and transfer the application to Health Institutions Licensing Department.
  3. Transferring the application with the required documents to Health Institutions Licensing Department.
  4. Providing the applicant with the approval official letter on registering the purpose.
  5. Referring to Health Institutions Licensing Department and providing it with documents of commercial register and trade name.
  6. Studying the application by the committee of licensing skin care centers and scheduling an appointment for field inspection and prepare a report about that.
  7. If the equipment of the skin care center complies with the regulation of licensing skin care centers No.20 of 2001, the applicant pays the fees.
  8. Preparing an official letter signed by the Minister with the approval on licensing and work commencement.

Required Documents

  1. An official letter from the Ministry of Industry and Trade stating the purpose.
  2. Copy of the title deed or lease contract.
  3. Copy of the organizational location plan.
  4. Copy of land plan of the center.
  5. Copy of professions practice certificate of the technician in charge.
  6. Copy of commercial register and trade name.
  7. Copy of the applicant’s ID.
